Refund Policy

At Strike Reef, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind or non-quality returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or our error (for example, change of mind, wrong size selected, or the item is no longer needed), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or incorrectly described items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, Strike Reef will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at strikereef2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our approval — we aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. Once approved, securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Keep proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in original condition
• Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, weight, or colour, please contact us and we will assist where possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer's expense unless the original item was defective.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, specifications, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen display will be perfectly accurate. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping

We ship to Australia and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Strike Reef is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Strike Reef and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strike Reef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
